Our first class of the summer session will focus on the 5 Principles of Pilates, movement and modifications for all levels. A great opportunity to begin your journey through the Pilates repertoire.
We will introduce various traditional and non-traditional props into our sequence over the next few weeks to challenge concepts of movement, stability and balance.
