Our focus for class tonight will be on the forth Niyama, Svadhyaya or self-study to know ourselves to help guide us to our highest awareness.
On and off the mat, through physical postures, Asanas, and observing our interactions during our daily lives we cultivate Svadhyaya. Suggest having a journal to record and help process thoughts and experiences.
